Martha brings over 20 years of experience
Martha has practiced Qigong since 1995, with training in Sichuan Province, China, and ongoing studies with esteemed teachers in the U.S. and Canada. As a lifelong learner and long-time National Qigong Association member, she continues training across various lineages. Her mission is to help individuals activate their self-healing abilities and enhance their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being through ancient Qigong wisdom.
