Bone Setting Qigong offers us a way to elevate our bones and fascia for better alignment,

movement and comfort in our bodies.

Our two-day Bone Setting workshops will upgrade your well-being and transform your alignment. Bone Setting is a full body practice that systematically goes through the whole body including the skeletal system. In this form you learn graceful movements to align and strengthen the skull, cervical, thoracic and lumbar vertebra to improve your structural alignment and ease of movement. Through gentle movements and powerful guided visualization, you’ll discover how to enhance your mobility and posture, alleviating tension and creating a sense of ease in your body. This form is designed to offer you lasting improvements in your structural alignment and overall well-being. Bone Setting is best practiced during the cool months or the year or in the evening, however, it can be practiced anytime.

Bone Setting is a medical qigong form that was developed by Master Liu He of the Ling Gui School. Martha was certified in the Bone Setting form in 2024 and is honored to share this beautiful qigong form that integrates ancient wisdom with modern practice.

Bone Setting workshops are offered about once per year.
